So much more convenient and simple than one of those old school water coolers. I buy the 3 gallon jugs at my local BJ's store and pop this on top - it fits on my counter and makes using jugged water so easy and convenient. I like to have spring water for making coffee, cooking certain foods, as well as for filling my water bottle daily and this is so much better than buying the gallon jugs at the store or opening several smaller bottles. It's a small investment that makes using large jugs of water easy and convenient. As the big jugs are returned and reused, it's also more environmentally friendly. Win/win! And it works as well and for as long as advertised. I charged it fully the night I received it (about 6 weeks ago) and haven't charged it since. Just a quick note - the button is an on/off switch. You don't hold it down to dispense, you press it once to turn the flow on and then again to turn it off.

First I thought, how wonderful it would be to be able to stop buying water bottles. (We prefer room temp water)For the first couple days of using this product it seem to work just fine, until the button decided not to work properly.I push the botton... nothing...I push it a couple more times, then it starts to pour water. I push the button to stop the water and guess what!? It doesn't stop pouring water until I push the botton a million more times to get it to stop. I've had water spill over the cup because it wouldn't stop when I want it to. Now I'm purchasing a manual pump (what I should have done in the beginning) so I won't have to deal with this mess.

I'd love to give 5 stars for this great little pump, but there are two shortcomings. (1) The pump is made to fit over the neck of standard water bottles. But I bought the "Saratoga Farms 5-Gallon Stackables" from Amazon; and the pump has the same size lip as the bottles, so won't slip over or into them. Instead, it just falls off if not held in place while pumping. (2) The spout is hard to attach. On first attempt, the very-soft bushing just slipped up the metal spout, so water leaked out around it. On second attempt, the bushing bunched up inside and blocked water from flowing out. It took putting the bushing only partway over the spout, and partway into the socket, and then long and careful wiggling to finally get it right; fully pumping and not leaking.

I purchased to use at work. There was water delivery service to my company but no plans for my department to get a watercooler. After "stealing" a few bottles, we now have water with a discrete water dispenser. We have been using it for 4 weeks now (still from the initial charge!!) and we all love it. The top sits a bit loose on the opening when used without the bottle top and a little snug when used with the top. Also, the pump makes a little noise when dispensing but definitely not a big deal. I plan to purchase one for home use.

Purchased this for filling our coffee pot at the office & it works great. It's not a snug fit but we'd probably break it if so. We're very happy with it, especially the price!Update: after almost 2 years of use, the button is worn out & it's not easy to get the water started or stopped. Since there's no warranty I could find I'll be taking it apart in an attempt to fix it.

Well...it does not sit well on the bottle neck.The biggest issue is the button that failed after 4 months. It would not start pumping right away and once it started it would not stop.It’s a great idea though.But, I need to go with different design.

We used this when we went camping couple weeks ago on a 5 gallon jug and it fitted perfectly fine on it. The battery life is good and last long enough to keep you going for the day. It is worth the investment if you are going to use it for outdoor activities, camping, and of course for party, kitchen or office use.

This works fine but I can't wholeheartedly recommend due to the slow output and also having to hold the container you want filled. You can't set a glass down and allow it to fill because the spout does not extend far enough
