So happy I found this purse on Amazon! The colors are so rich and it is very unique. It's just theright size to carry everything I need. It's well made and the handles are just the right length.I LOVE IT!

It's a pretty bag, but quite stiff. If it's leather, it's really cheap leather so isn't soft at all. It's probably synthetic. I thought the handles would bend or slide down, but they stick upright--way upright. The problem is, when I'm teaching, I have it on the podium with me the handles won't bend over so are very obtrusive. The overall stiffness is disappointing. I've gone back to my old tote, which is much more malleable.

I returned this item because it was nothing like what I had purchased from what was pictured. The return and refund was very simple and quite fast considering it had to be returned to the US. The refund including the postal cost to me was back in my account without any problems. I ordered another purse which arrived exactly as I ordered so it all worked out.
