Description

This Irishman Single Malt Whiskey is a classic Irish Malt which has been triple distilled before maturing in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is exceptional flavour and complexity. The nose is full of peaches, apricots and tropical fruits. The palate is packed with vanilla, granola, toasted almonds and honey followed by a little oakiness and chocolate coated digestive biscuits. The finish is long with a slight maltiness and some sweet oak.
