Nice hardware. Terrible user interface
Great cameras and hardware, but terrible interface.The software is not intuitive at all. You can do what you need to, but it requires too many steps and is too clunky to use effectively.It's too bad that Q See doesn't seem to want any feedback to make their product more user friendly, they act like they really care about you, but they just want you to go away. Their online help and manuals are a joke, they take a fulll day to get back to you, and don't even try to understand your concerns.Hey Q See!! Why not spend some time upgrading the software for your systems instead of putting out more and more systems with a half-assed user interface?

Doesn't work: the app, dvr, everything.
Q-See camera system is really clear but the dvr system and the remote system stinks. Each time I log in at least one camera "fails" and a different camera each time. Also, as others have stated, the order of the cameras changes each time I log in to the app or on to the dvr. Also, each time I log in to the dvr with the mouse/keyboard it thinks I'm a new customer and forgets all of my settings from the previous session. I would love to have this resolved but I've called customer service (India) and they can't solve the problem and they won't allow me to ship it back to have them fix it. Never again for Q-See.

I've seen someone manuver my app ike he's making love to it to make it work
They're very clear cameras, even when it's rally cold outside. In the summer, but bugs hyjacked a lot of the motion time, but that's ok. THe provlem with this unit is that it reorders cameras constantly. On the app, I can't keep the channels in the right place. its always wanting me to choose wich camera to view. Camera.. comeon..Can't I just view all the ones I had last time? Guess not without trying to figure out their burdensome and confusing "favorites" list. Sure, I've seen someone manuver my app ike he's making love to it to make it work, but do I really want to touch it after that?

Great Camera not for newbs
This camera is great. I have had them for three years now with no issues. I was able to install them and use them constantly in heavy winter and summer conditions. NVR systems are not for people without networking experience. I would recommend sticking to a wireless systems connecting to a basic app for those that do not have the proper experience to use these.

Do not buy this System!!
Software is awful. Customer support dreadful & Cameras do not record consistently. NVR is just very poor equipment.
