I've ordered several times and been really pleased with the flavor and that they contain high probiotic counts. Would love even more ferments to try! I'm Review: Perfect pickle, awesome flavor, pairs well with heavy meal, and healthy!!! - The flavor is great! Very potent pickling liquid so use less if you want that subtle kraut taste on a hot dog. The caraway seeds are a pleasant surprise when i enjoy this deliciousness. The only thing I didn't like is that the cabbage is sliced thicker than what I would prefer for using on a hot dog. As a side salad, especially paired with a richer meal, it's perfect for cutting thru a creaminess or buttery taste that sits on your tongue. Love that it's loaded with probiotics. Also love that it shipped VERY fast, I think within a day and a half it was here.... And it was still cold. The ups guy knew to knock with these packages so they didn't sit outside for half a day. Also they were EXTREMELY WELL PACKED. I got these and the pickles.
