I’m not big on writing reviews, but felt I had to in this case as I’ve never been so amazed at a product before.I take my bottle to work, and yesterday thought it would be great to add some ice to the water. So, filled at 8.30am, off to work with lovely icy water, left the bottle in the shop on a spare shelf and just kept on sipping on it through the day, at about 2pm, water ran out but ice was still solid, so thought, ‘no matter, I’ll just give it an hour and drink the melted ice’ except the ice didn’t melt! At 5pm the ice was still going strong.Best bottle I’ve ever had, doesn’t leak in my bag and it looks smart.Five stars not enough.

Bought two bottles for my sons Christmas presents and was delighted when they arrived.They are great for the boys to take to school and are very easy to wash. Nowhere for water to gather and germs to grow!My youngest son managed to break the lid - threw his bag up in the air from the top of a skate ramp and it landed lid side down! So I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase a replacement lid and she was more than happy to assist and very quickly too.From an environmental point it makes more sense to replace the lid than a whole bottle.I would recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a stainless steel bottle. Well made, great price and brilliant aftercare service!

I bought 2 Moon bottles, 1 for myself and 1 for hubby and I have to say, we both love them! They are ideal for long car trips, holidays, days out, and well, we even take ours to bed, keeps the water icy cold. They are good looking, reasonably priced compared to some other well known brands, They really work well, keeping drinks very cold or very hot depending on what you want! Easy to clean, took ours on holiday to Aruba in the Caribbean, so they have travelled and they still look as good as new. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought one of these bottles for my daughter to encourage her to drink more when she's at work, as she's so busy sometimes that I think she forgets! Obviously in this heatwave it's important to drink lots of water. The bottle itself is well made, attractive and, my daughter said, does exactly what it's meant to do. She fills her bottle up from the water cooler at work and it keeps it at the same temperature. Of course some people might say that if there's a water cooler, why have one of these bottles, but it's too easy to put off going over to it if you're busy, at least with a Moon bottle it's there on the desk with you, to take a sip when you want and know that it's not going to be tepid. She hasn't tried hot drinks in it yet, due to the heat, but feels confident it will work just as well. While I'm reviewing this, I wanted to praise MyMoon's customer service. After I had a query with my order, they were so pleasant and sorted it out extremely quickly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and deal with them again.

I bought my moon bottle as during this current heatwave we are having in the uk my drinks just weren’t staying cold long enough,had read about these type of bottles and decided I needed to try one and I’m so glad I did! I fill mine up with mainly cordial and it stays fresh from the fridge ice cold for absolutely hours! It’s esp good when you get thirsty during the night you know your drink is still going to be nice and cold,I know you can also use it for hot drinks which I will try in autumn/winter but into my cold drinks right now:) I couldn’t recommend these bottles highly enough if you haven’t got one yet do!

Good watertight bottle. It passed the insulation test when I left it in a car on a sunny day for a number of hours. The outside of the bottle was quite warm to touch on my return but the water inside was still cool. I've not tried it with hot drinks. A little heavier than plastic water bottles, so adds more weight to a bag. Seems fairly sturdy. My children have dropped it a few times, resulting in a small dent but no other damage. Overall I'm happy with this product.

I wanted this for hot drinks mainly because my daughter is having a baby and I imagined hours up the hospital without a cup of tea. It arrived quickly although not same day. I have the aqua colour and its really smart.I cant drink hot tea until it cools a little so next time I use it I will have to add some cold water as this really works. It kept my tea piping hot . I tried to drink it after about 2-3 hours and I had to add some cold water . I did warm it first with some boiling water before putting the tea in, an when I got back home about 6 hours later even my tiny bit of unfinished tea was still very warm. Lovely packaging, I am definitely going to buy a few more for presents.

Works as promised. I always have lovely cold water and I love the eco friendly packaging. It's great.BUT my lid doesn't screw on neatly like I see other different brand flasks do. I did it over and over again to see if maybe I didn't apply the lid properly but every single time it went on the same way. It's still uneven so at first I was worried about leakage. Doesn't leak tho. But cannot give more than 4 stars because of this.I see my friends' other branded flasks and their lids go on perfect. They just didn't sell the smaller size I wanted.
