Premium Authentic Italian Orange Extract - Orange Extra Italy, 2 oz

This is my honest experience with this... now it can be yours.I was a little skeptical at first about buying this extract. I had been using King Arthur’s for years. But I was curious. If Oliveri created the original Fiori di Sicilia and this is it, then it ought to be good. Make no mistake, it is exceptional. Actually, it is the best version of this essence that I have ever tasted. As soon as I opened the bottle, the pleasant citrus smell filled the room. It is very strong. I added 1/8 tsp in my cookie recipe. The difference in taste was incredible. My family noticed the difference with the first bite. This is definitely an upgrade.Also, the item came as described, fast shipping, and very well packaged!! So, so good!

Made a Cannoli cake & cannolis for my best friends 80th!! The cake was amazing because the Fiori di Sicilia added the difference between a good cake and a magnificent tasting one. It’s the best cake my friend had ever tasted & she’s had one every year on her birthday. The difference is this amazing Fiori di Sicilia. Worth every penny & the amount of work was so satisfying because compliments were over the top!!

I am a new vegan for health reasons. I love to cook and bake so I have been re-learning how to do things. I found a delicious moist vegan chocolate cake recipe online that requires no frosting. I don't care for frosting. Then I thought about how much I love chocolate and orange together so I purchase this. Coupled with Orange zest and replacing my vanilla with this darling took my cake to a whole new level. It's delicious! It is not overpowering nor cloying.Be warned that it is an oily extract so don't make the mistake that I did and try to mix it with water before adding to the batter. It is worth every penny.

This by no means is like the king Arthur product. Been buying for years and thought I would save some money. It has a smell but not the intensity. Will go back to king Arthur.

I didn't know fior d'Sicillia was available any more. My great-grandmothe Pasqualena Palemero Casaletto used this often in her baking. I will never be the baker she was, but I ordered this for my cuccidati and it really made a difference

I found this product terribly disappointing. I was looking for an authentic Fiori di Sicilia. This is not. It's a mild orange flavor (easily surpassed by using fresh orange rind). Moreover, the flavor disappeared entirely during baking.

I love using this extract to add a natural depth to my healthy baking to get extra flavor without a bunch of sugar! There is no doubt this is authentic. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the pleasant aroma from across the room. A little goes a long way. I also love that it is pure food grade essential oil, so no fillers or bulking agents. Highly recommend for those looking for a extra pop to their healthy-alternative baking or dessert!
