Kingsleeve Sun Parasol Lights Garden Patio Umbrella Banana Cantilever Hanging Crank Solar Aluminium LED Lighting 330cm

At first I thought this was great. But I've only used it 5 times & the crank has broken. Unfortunately at the end of the night as I came to put the parasol down as I would not leave it up it wont wind down. I'm now stuck with the umbrella in the fully open position & high winds forecast with no way of getting the umbrella down. Now worried what is going to get damaged not just the umbrella.Also it takes hardly any wind at all to unsettle the parasol I have almost 80lbz of weight holding it down & it has still blown over.The led lights are very good & look very tranquil at night but unfortunately the rest of the parasol lets it down mainly in sturdiness.I've only had this 4 weeks & have only used it 5 times now when there is no wind in an evening as others were to windy for it & they were only light breezes.I'm currently waiting on a reply from the suppliers as I am seriously stuck with a fully open umbrella & will almost definitely be requesting a return not for for purpose depending on their reply if any at all.Looks nice but looks are deceiving.Very sad about this as I've spent alot of money & my own time & effort building a nice sitting area & it has been partly ruined by this.See photo to show the only way I could stop any more damage to my property or neighbours & I had to struggle to get that there in my own in the dark at midnight as the winds picked up hurting my shoulder & arm in the process trying to keep control.

The base and connecting pole not fit for purpose. Weights supplied as compatible didn’t fit properly and caused parasol to topple which in turn ripped the base and bent connecting pole, and now they won’t collect as too big for myself to get to DPD office offered them the chance to replace broken parts with stronger alternatives..... still waiting on response

This parasol is not fit for purpose, the canvas is to big for the supports, which break, the frame bends like a banana , after a lot of argument and correspondence , the supplier refunded me, As I Said, "GOODS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" and are now on the way to the dump, As soon as they re-open

Wish I could do a great review for this product as it looks great the led lights work fine, But I finally got it out for a family day in the garden on a nice sunny day and 1 gust of wind caused it to flick over and snap (gutted) which tells me the product is a bit too fragile for the price. Would love to be sent a replacement but know I would have to use extra guide strings to hold it down and make more secure.

The item was not right for us and tried to return it but all the recommended drop off points wouldn’t accept the size of the parcel. I contacted the company and didn’t get a response.

Best parasol I have ever bought. Needs strong fixings into the patio due to weight of course ( plus counter weights ). Looks great and the LED's look amazing when on at night. Recommended and great value for the quality.

Product ok but instructions not clear and having failed to work out parasol attachment to frame head I got rid off it, real shame.

Really disappointed. Waited 2 weeks for this item and when it came the wire for the LED lights was in 2 parts. Having to return it. It’s a good size and the base is heavy and sturdy. Looks like a good umbrella.
