This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. It is a very true a insightful read. Clear and concise ways to achieve the desired out come and comes with excersies and other resources to help you study. I already knew most of this information because I’m curios on the topic but if this is the first book you read toward understanding yourself it will be very beneficial. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.

It demystifies the 'myths' about binging ...
The causes of binge eating are often difficult to identify. What we do know is that what causes a problem to develop and what keeps it going are not necessarily the same. This book is straight forward and excellent and I'm actually re-reading because my eating has gotten all off again - ugh. I admit I didn't finish the program last time and my intention is to go through it fully this time - I'll keep you posted. It demystifies the 'myths' about binging. Writing style is straight-forward and clear.

Hard to read
I can't believe this book had such great reviews and no mention of the generic errors and typos. I really want to finish this book but can't get past all the sentences that I have top correct in my head or guess what he is dating! Where in the heck is the editor?!?

Nice Binge Eating No More! book
I prefer this book for all. If this your situation, don't feel too bad. You are hardly alone. One of the main reasons why most diets fail to deliver long-lasting results is because of binge eating. It is an issue that affects millions of individuals all over the world. Grateful from the Author.

This was a fantastic book. I think most of us know our calorie-counting, protein-swilling, fad diet culture fosters a wide range of problems ranging from yo-yo dieting to full-blown eating disorders. Although the book focuses on binge eating I think it would be extremely helpful to anyone who feels like they overeat and it may be affecting their mental health. The book outlines a step-by-step self-help program to address eating-related issues. My therapist recommended the book and is helping me work through the program.
