Remotes are Worthlless
I have had this a year now. I lost the remote and ordered 2 new ones. $50.00 each. I then found the original remote. After having the remotes all lose control of the motor and continually having to re-pair them, I ordered the foot control. I have not used it yet but I hear it does better. The remotes are worthless and when they lose pair, the motor shuts off, leaving you without power, floating around while you try to re-pair them. It happens often and continually.The other issue is customer service. If you call them, get used to a recording and a full message box. I would recommend just getting a different brand or ordering the foot control. it is a shame, these could have been a big hit but not right now.
