Bought this for my daughters room.. She wanted to put the lights over her bed on the wall.. But the lights never would turn on.. So very disappointed.. She has been saving her money to buy this and it was a bust..Update.. company sent out a new set and they work perfectly she loves them!

This 2020 product did not have the same white light as the 2019....I needed 9 more feet to complete the under cabinet project...I purchased the 2019 two weeks ago thinking I’d just get another setBut 2019 was no longer availableTGI pro you guys stink with the product. Thanks for disappointing my wife and making me bust my butt trying to figure out how to make your crap work I’m totally disgusted with you

The remote partially worked. With the remote directly aimed at (and almost touching) the control box, the remote wouldn't work. My son was able to get it to work after every hundred button presses. Either the remote was defective or the battery bad. Either way, it should have worked brand new out of the box. Contacted company via text with the provide phone number. They were quick to respond and suggested I submit a return through Amazon, which I did. What I'm most unhappy about is that the reorder gave us only one reel of lights upon reorder (initial order included two reels) and for almost the same price. From my order page I clicked the title link for the lights I previously ordered and returned, thinking it would bring me to the exact item I previously ordered, but it did not. Without realizing it I was ordering a different listing for the lights that included only one reel but for almost the same price I paid for two reels. A bait and switch move by Amazon if you ask me.

A love the built quality, brightness is good (Not crazy bright, but good enough). Length is very good.Only thing I think could be improved is the remote control respnse. It really needs to be directed to the receiver the the keys are not very soft to press. Good buy overall
