This shirt fits very well. I've had it for roughly three months. I'm typically an extra small, but I wanted a slightly looser fit so I bought a small. It's still fitted, but not tight. I'm a 32B and my waist is 26" if that helps someone with sizing.Let me preface the rest of this review by saying that I love(d) this shirt. I have worn it a couple of times, to work on our casual Friday with jeans and ballet flats and a nice scarf. I feel it can be dressed up or down, though the seam style definitely leans causal. I washed it with eucalan on delicate, cold water, and tumbled it on my line dry setting, which uses no heat, with a couple of other cashmere sweaters that had been washed also in the same way. I was going to wear it today driving to the family for the holidays, but I noticed several holes in the underarm (and one is started in the other). I'm really baffled as to how they appeared, given that the shirt has been well taken care of and is only three months old. I have wool and cashmere sweaters that are literally decades old with no holes or major signs of wear. It's really disappointing given the price point. I had hoped to replace many of my cotton tees with wool, but I may just go back to buying $10 cotton tees from Target or wherever and wearing them until they wear out. It's too bad because the merino wool feels wonderful and warm against the skin, takes many wearings to smell, and breathes so nicely.

I should have listened to my gut. This is the second shirt I have purchased from this company thinking my first one was simply defective. I REALLY wanted to 100% love this shirt. There is just one issue ( exactly like my first shirt). After following instructions for washing (gentle cycle, inside out, air dry) I noticed that the seams on the side have now shifted / twisted. This happens when the shirt is cut off grain so that a manufacturer can make more shirts from a given bolt of fabric to save material. A well made, quality shirt SHOULD NOT disfigure in the gentle cycle (if all instructions are followed). If the side seams are not cut in line with vertical columns of the fabric that’s when the twisting happens and washing reveals the issue. Knit grain is important! The fact that the seams have shifted makes me so disappointed. It's cheaply produced. Save your money and go with a different maker.

Upon arrival it looks like a wonderful shirt. It is soft and fit well. I washed it today for the first time. Upon getting it out of the washer I noticed a large hole on the front of the shirt. Won't be buying this product again.

Perfect. I wore it to a hot yoga class and it soaked through. I didn't get too hot, took my shower, it dried, and didn't smell. This y'all, is what is commonly referred to as a Miracle. I also wore it for another two days after without washing it, you know, for science. It didn't smell. I made people smell me, to independently verify my results.

Pros: lightweight, good fit, versatile. Ordered for a backpacking trip, needed to pack light and wore this as a layering piece. Wore it multiple days and it didn't smell which was great.Cons: I probably put about 10 days of wear into it and at the end noticed very apparent pills starting. So disappointing wanted to like this more. Shame material isn't sturdier.Fit: now I'm probably the exception. I took the advice and sized up to a M, it was huge, so ordered the S which fit perfectly. Not snug or fitted, a little roomy like the model in the photo. Note - I'm 5'6'', athletic/ narrow and a 34 A. I was also very pleased with the length. I have a linger torso and it didn't ride up. Shame about the pills

I am glad i waited a few days to wright this review. I was going to write a raving review about how much i love the way this shirt fits and feels (because i do!!) and I was ready to order more...... However, after only two wears under "light duty" (to the office) this shirt has two holes in it!

I'm 5.1" 108 lbs normally 32A-B this information is trying to help other gets idea that all my clothing always either XS or SM. However, knowing most Merino wool products I purchased in the past always smaller than listed so I ordered "M" glad I did. The M fits perfectly. Good luck, it's very nice quality.

Drop-down size options listed in add included Large, X-Large, XX-Large. I wear a Large or XL and several reviewers Q&A'd indicated these run a little small, so I ordered "X-Large". What I received was labelled "2X-Large" (there was no "2X-Large" listed in the drop-down size options). It is HUGE. Unfortunately, the free exchange is only available if I were to select 'wrong item received' (which it is, b/c size labeling choices are completely different than described in the ad). However, when I selected this option, the confirmation indicated the item would be replaced with another "2X-Large". So it may be a good idea to send a question to find out how actual size options on product labels compare to the size options listed in the drop-down list. Looks to be good quality but I can't make it work.

I wore this daily while I was hiking in Italy last month. Although I perspired a lot due to the heat and exertion, this top wicked away the moisture and I never felt damp. The best part was that I hung it up to dry overnight and it did not smell when I put it on again the next day. I had heard about this quality with 100% merino wool before but now I really believe it. Glad I bought 2 of these!!

Merino wool is magic! I wore this shirt on hiking and backpacking Peru, I was only able to wash it 2x in 3 weeks and it never smelled bad!

Awesome value! Wore this on a very challenging hiking trip - got super sweaty, shirt was soaked and dried quickly- no stink! Going to buy more of these

Holding up nicely so far after a few washes. Keeps you fairly cool during long hikes.
