Doesn’t work. Waste of time and money.
Uh...no. Doesn’t strip anything. Tried fresh herbs, sprigs of fresh broccoli, growing basil. Doesn’t work. Plain and simple. Stems break off. Whole plant sections pull through without stripping leaves. Using a different size doesn’t help. It’s going in the garbage.

Not a practical tool for the kitchen
I liked all of the potential applications of this kitchen gadget tool. I envisioned the herb tool to save time. However, for me, I did not find this kitchen tool to be helpful in any way. I began using it to clean two bunches of parsley. After 5 minutes I quit using it. I was able to tackle the parsley task the conventional way faster by hand with less frustration. I will say this tool was easy to hold and clean. But it truly doesn’t matter if it is not helpful or a time saving gadget for the kitchen.

It's Worthless
I was so excited when I found this tool for stripping leaves from stems so I ordered it. I purchase greens to cook, on a regular basis. I thought this would make stripping the leaves a piece of cake. Unfortunately, I found it worthless. I'm returning it.

Handy Gadget That Works!
What a useful little gadget! We are all doing more home cooking these days and one of the things that I find particularly tedious is de-stemming herbs. It wasn’t worth buying something when I did this a few times a year but now in the middle of the pandemic I find myself making new sauces or dressings several times a week and this really helps! I made a basil vinaigrette this week that required de-stemming 2 bunches of fresh basil and it took just minutes! Can’t wait to try it on rosemary - my very least favorite to de-stem! Cleaned up easily and takes up almost no room in drawer.

VERY handy!
This gadget is so neat! Works very well - rips the leaves right off the kale stalk! I like that there are smaller holes for smaller stalks. This razor is especially helpful when I make kale crisps!

Doesn’t really do what I expected
I love cilantro and kale, but hate picking the leaves off the stems. I thought this would make my life easier, but somehow it only ended up being more frustrating? When trying to pull the veg stems through the holes, they would simply snap off instead of pulling all the way through and removing the leaves. I tried multiple times using different sized holes, and in the end I just gave up and got out the knife again. Don’t waste your time or money.

Work it, then reverse it.
Inexpensive gadget to make quick work of a tedious task. So far I have only used with rosemary. It works fairly well except for the tips. I first tried threading tips in an adequate hole nut as i tried to pull through they would break off. So I tried flipping around and inserting bottom, thicker stem through. Worked alright but would peel off bark and usually jam mid way. So I chose a hole that seemed too big for stem but actually worked well but usually left tip. So then I just cut off the tips and it exposed a stiffer stem to thread. Through and that worked well too. The cutting edge is of no use. For the price I really have no complaints. But I’d like someone to produce a mini log stripper like lumberjacks use. Would make my Rosemary plucking chore so much easier and way more fun.
