Good product. They take care of problems QUICK
I had to order a replacement because one of the two pieces in my first set wouldn't charge. They replaced it immediately. I had the new one in two days, and it works great! I was very happy with their response time. I ordered the first set on Friday, sent it back on Tuesday, and received the replacement on Thursday. Less than a week total.Things I like:*I cannot perceive a delay*I cannot perceive a drop in sound quality (I don't have the greatest ear; others may hear something I don't)*Super simple to use*Charge holds longer than the claims*Uses the same charger as my Android phoneThings that could be better:*It would be easier if the case were designed to fit in the neck compartment in a typical guitar case.Overall, I like it so well that I'm going to purchase this for my dad for his birthday this year.

Works well, plug and play!
My friend bought this wireless transmitter and receiver, and he recommended me to buy this one. easy using and works great. We use this wireless system at the same time during the show. one to one, no interference and sound clear. It is very great.

Likes it's ease of use. Did not like that it wouldn't fit in my Ibanez SR500

Nice unit! Didn’t have to pair it and they came charged. Sound great!

Good product, poor packaging.
Product works very well, however the original packaging fell apart and items were rolling around loose in the shipping box.

Surprisingly Good
I used this product to send audio from my digital piano to a FOH sound board in a sanctuary, and was pleasantly surprised by the result. Even at a distance of over 75' between transmitter and receiver, there were no audio issues present.
