A: If you look at the other image for the item, it shows the backside which shows the dimensions as 240mm x 168mm which is about 9.5 in x 6.5 in

A: I have them in a pair of Cat pants but I am pretty sure they will work just as well in Carhartt pants. I prefer these to other brands I have because they are more flexible.
