Very high quality
Very high quality and well thought out! Every other 3rd person mount is too short or attached to a backpack wit their logo. This one is really niceOnly concern was hip movement but if you strap it a little higher on your waist you can reduce thatAdditionally if you use a newer gopro or a small video camera with movement reduction again you'll get even smoother footage

Five Stars
I think this could be cheaper, but it does the job.

Cool video mount
Really cool product. Seemed a bit cheap when I first took it out of the packaging, but as long as you have a decent mount to attach to it (which is not included) then the product does exactly what it's created to do. Cool shots!

awesome!!!
I purchased this on the actual website, not thru amazon(only because at the time it wasnt offered at the time) but very pleased with it. I had been eyeballing it since i first seen it on kickstarter but at the time i didnt have a gopro or any action cam for that matter. But any whos I have seen a bunch of other similar products, but they mainly require a backpack and other items in the backpack to make it more secure and there generally off to one side or the other (yes i know you can tilt it back to center but i dont like that your starting at an angle) I have also seen the d.i.y. videos but.....no matter how you paint it, sand it, or what ever else it looks cheesy.Only downside to it is......drumroll.....Price$$$. But if you look at the long run its a piece of equipment that will lost a long time. Theres always going to be new gopros, but the mounting stays the same, so the longevity is there. One thing i also like is that its so easy to detach the pole and use it as handheld pole to continue the shot, or if you need to take it off because you have to crawl somewhere or low overhangs (zombie run, mudrunner, etc) things of that nature. None of the other kits offer that.for a small video review follow the link below. (the part at the end looks more unstable than it should be because i hit the stabilize on my computer and it jacked it up, but i was to lazy to undue it.)http://youtu.be/Mns2-UCq_CYFor video of me ziplining while wearing this mount click the link below and fast foward to 3:11http://youtu.be/qgeHE0sD-Fc

and I ended up keeping both because a friend of mine liked it too and bought it from me
I purchased both the STANDARD and PRO versions so that I could compare them side-by-side, and I ended up keeping both because a friend of mine liked it too and bought it from me. The PRO version is the same except that the poles are black instead of silver. It also has stabilizing straps that put tension on the rig so that it is more tight and can handle vibrations better. The PRO also comes with a ball head for aiming the camera perfectly, while on the standard you have to use GoPro's handlebar mount to clamp it on the post.If you buy it for light applications like walking etc., the standard will do the job. If you want to run or do stuff where you move around more, then the pro version might be better for you. But as far as construction goes, they are both equal quality units that fit just right.
