Mainstays Warner Heights Converting Outdoor Swing/hammock, Red, Seats 3

I love my coral-red, fairly comfortable swing. Warning: set this up in the exact spot where it will live...it is very bulky to move once the umbrella is attached, especially around deck doorways! It did NOT take only 1 hour to set up, as described, but two of us got the job done in about 3 hours. The directions are clear, pieces clearly marked, and everything fit together well, except for the umbrella. The umbrella joints are made of plastic and slip easily under any kind of pressure. I'm hoping it is constructed better than it seems to be. The cushions are adequate, but a bit thin for my taste, and for the price of this swing. I purchased additional long pillows in a neutral color for both the bottom and back, and one for my head when napping, but have yet to find the exact size as the originals, at a price I'm willing to pay. The swing is delightful, quiet, very attractive and cheerful. I intend to spend many happy hours on it, reading, napping in the cool spring air, and sharing with my friends. Even my big dog likes it! I have a mosquito net to throw over it when mosquito season begins in a couple of weeks!

I'm still trying to assemble this confound thing. Maybe it's me but about step five I realized I had used the wrong supports and there was no hole for the next part to attach to so I had to disassemble. Someone should proof the instructions for clarity or mark the pieces to simplify assembly. I am facile when it comes to most assemblies but this one was definitely a spitball high and tight.

Don't get excited about using it as a bed. The cushions are very thin, and there is a hard bar running through the middle when you recline the back. You can sleep on one side or the other, but not in the middle. I do like it, though. The cushions have a velcro tab at the back to keep them in place and the color of the set is very nice. I've been very happy with mine.

I was able to assemble it by myself without any help. It took me a little over three hours. The way the instructions are written you would need a second person to hold up the frame but I figured our a way around this by reversing the process; flip the frame upside down and assemble by placing the top rail on the floor and pushing the leg-twin into one side at a time. Very beautiful and comfortable swing. The color red really brightens the area around the pool. Great for the price.

the screw that holds the top awning had no threads...called the mainstays and they did not send the replacement...so I have this without the awning...rest of it is good

The swing came in a timely manner and it was exactly as I viewed it online. It was pretty easy to assemble. The cushions are much more comfortable than the previous swing we had bought from a local home improvement store. Also, the canopy is adjustable to block sun, etc. The color is very attractive in our yard and enhances all the colorful flowers we have planted. We have received so many compliments on how the swing just makes our yard stand out. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

I had issue fixture like bolts
