Fantastic edc tool, bit set and scissors get the most use.
Great multitool. The bit set and driver are very handy and have made my life easier on several occasions. The driver is not on the centerline of the knife, which makes turning screws a bit annoying, bit it works fine. Pliers are okay. not nearly as ueful as a leatherman, but they work for small tasks and the other tools are superior. Everything else is standard fare. Good scissors and file especially. Built in pen has come in handy a few times.

Perfect condition - arrived early
The product is perfect, and I wish that Victorinox sold all of its knives everywhere.

Poor QC.
I never thought I would ever claim poor QC on a Victorinox. But the scales were warped enough that the pen falls out while at the same time you can barely remove the toothpick. And the awl/reamer wasn’t sharp, as in not even ground down close to sharp. It was a blunt rectangular piece of metal with a hole in it. I sent it back in for a refund as that was easier than trying to send it in for warranty and saves me paying for the warranty shipping.

One of the very best
This Victorinox has (in my opinion) one of the best and varied tool sets available.I have 17 multitools from multiple manufacturers including 6 from Leatherman. My Leatherman Juice XE6and Charge + are incredible tools. However, I believe that for most people, the Victorinox Cybertool M would be an excellent choice for day to day activities.

The MacGyver in you needs this knife.
I could write this review in one line, "It is a Swiss Army Knife", and that would have been enough.I had the 34-function version of this cybertool for many years as my daily companion (I have over 30 varied models of swiss army knives). One dreadful day, at the airport (need I say more?), I realized I forgot to leave the knife in the checked baggage when the TSA invited me to the side to say I either had to forfeit the knife there, or dispose of it, or give it to somebody outside, or etc. My tool! The airport did not have a post office so that I could mail it back to myself; the airline could not check it for me (they personnel were more interested that I gave them the knife as a gift). I was slightly offended, and thus I could either dispose of it (in which chase it would end up in the trash of uselessness), or surrender it to the TSA. My belief is that the TSA sends these artifacts to auction: I lose, but someone else can purchase the knife and give it continuing life. Thus, to the TSA it went.I immediately went online to purchase another cybertool, for I cannot leave the house without a swiss army knife (and I did not want to use any of my other knives in my collection). Exaggerating? The few days without it quickly showed that I utilize the knife at least twice a day for varied purposes. That was when I learned that there was a bigger version of the cybertool, the 41-function piece or Cybertool M. It seems to not be very famous in the US: mine was shipped from Japan.I know there are fans of other brands or types of knives/multitools. For me, it is Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. There is no competition. I have been using them for decades. My friends in highschool nicknamed my swiss knife then (do not remember the model) the "MacGyver", and would sing the opening tune every time I opened the knife. It is part of my personality.

Wonderful pocket toolbox!
Wonderful tool, all of what you need, none of what you don’t. The bit driver makes this version of the SAK the one to have in my opinion. Translucent red scales are beautiful and modern, while still retaining the classic appearance. In a world of fancy and very exepnsive knives, you can’t go wrong with a SAK and the Cybertool 41 is the best!

Would buy again and have recommended to others
In my humble opinion, this is the best multi tool out there. There is very little I would change about this work horse. You get an actual bit driver which is amazing. And this version gives you the file and saw over the magnifying glass. I find those to be infinitely more practical. I absolutely love this product.

Still the best knife that Victorinox makes
I got mine at $90.00. I just checked the link and the price has gone up. Still the best knife that Victorinox makes.
