I'm a 69-yr-old male, DIY'er who sometimes has the urge to urinate when hurrying to a bathroom is not an option. The last time I was caught too far from a bathroom I ordered this item on Amazon. Yes, there are no instructions in English & no diagrams; just Chinese language text. But assembly is pretty clear. I did end up doing a little fine-tuning to make this work. I added a small zip-tie at the hose connection to the collection funnel; the connection there does seem a little "iffy." The funnel points rear-ward when worn, so I cut a small routing hole in my "tighty-whities." (Sorry if this is too graphic.) I cut off about 8-in of the hose & routed the rest around the back of my left leg into the collection bag which I pinned to the inside of my work pants with 2 safety pins, just below the knee on my shin so the discharge valve peeks out just below my pants cuff. The collection funnel was a little deformed around the entry port so I pushed a presciption bottle cap into it & dipped it in boiling water for a few moments to restore its shape. I tested this set-up today & it works! It's not visible under my clothes & I was able to empty the collection bag without removing my pants! I can't imagine trying to use this in bed, but when standing or seated, it works for me.

Returned product because it leaked every time I used it and I couldn't figure out why. May be back but for a product that asserts it's leak proof. I think the catheter is too long. They have a Mongolian in mind. It can't help but get crimped. The funnel also wasn't the old person's size but where is the seller's address?
