Stress, Urge and Mixed Urinary Incontinenceand Fecal Incontinence in Women is absolutely curable. Attain treats the underlying causes of incontinence—weak pelvic floor muscles and an over-active detrusor muscle. The Attain provides muscle stimulation through a customizable probe to strengthen the pelvic floor and calms spasms of the bladder muscle, decreasing urgency. You are not alone. Up to 40 million women in America have experienced bladder leakage issues at some point in their lives. A study shows almost half of new mothers experience urinary incontinence following normal delivery and about one in six following cesarean section. Up to two-thirds of women who "leak" have never mentioned it to their physicians and just as many do not use any treatment or product to manage their bladder leakage. The Attain is the best solution. Absorbent pads and diapers do nothing to treat the condition. Medications, if prescribed, can cause side effects and are not always effective. Surgery can be traumatic and painful and may not solve the problem. Research has shown that even when properly taught how to perform pelvic floor – or Kegel – exercises, about half of all women do them incorrectly. As a kegal excersiser the Attain will be more effective then doing kegals by yourself. Attain is the ONLY over-the-counter female incontinence device clinically proven solution for bladder control and to treat all common types of female urinary incontinence, bladder leakage & overactive bladder. THIS IS DEFINITELY WORKING
I've only been using it for a week and the brochure says 50-60 days for success. However, in this one week, I have seen a definite improvement. No longer am I in the bathroom every 2-3 hours but more like every 4. I've gone from changing pads often to just twice a day and have far fewer leaks. The procedure is very simple to follow if you read the instructions carefully. At first it's a bit disconcerting since you dont know what to expect. It produces a very mild shock that causes the pelvic floor muscle to contract inward and upward. As the days progress, and you feel the need for more stimulus, you are able to increase the strength. The biofeedback is excellent and you can see if you are truly training your pelvic muscles. I believe, in the long run, it will not only take care of my incontinence but will also assist in better and more satisfying intercourse.I'm convinced that this device is going to get my incontinence under complete control given time. I'm very encouraged that it's going to work. I will update in a few weeks and, hopefully, give it 5 stars plus at that time.UPDATEI've now been using Attain for 18 days and I see a marked improvement. I still have a little leakage now and then...especially if I cough or sneeze...but nowhere near where I started. The feeling of urgency still happens but I'm now able to get to the bathroom on time. I really like what Attain has done so far and I'm now sure that it is the solution to my incontinence problem. BTW I'm 75 and if it works for me, it will work for anyone. I've changed my rating to 5 stars. It's expensive but I think its already worth the full price I paid for it.

I think it's working. Update Didn't work for me. Pure crap.
I been using this for 7 weeks almost. I can't go higher than 3 for rectal use. This machine is very strong!!!! I don't feel nothing on 1 setting then I feel my anal muscles pull on 2 comfortably and sometimes I use it on 3 but its a bit uncomfortable. So I been and 2 without increasing number usage. This also depends on how you inflate the ballon. At first when using this rectally I could not inflate the ballon fully it was to uncomfortable so I was able to use the setting 3 for stimulation but after using it for weeks I can now fully insert the probe and fill the ballon fully for a snug fit but number 3 stimulation is a bit to strong so now i'm just using number 2 stimulation which feels fine. I think its' been working. Im also go to Rectal Biofeedback at my doctors office every two weeks. The last time the nurse checked my muscles she said my muscles were a bit stronger.. So I am hopeful ... I just wish with this machine you can be able to adjust the numbers by millimeters instead of jumping to the next number because it can be too strong to withstand. Which I did because I have a high pain tolerance . Now I just keep it on 2 . Anyways This is non invasive and I think no harm could be done. The rectal area is a sensitive area.

After a week!
I was so lucky that I saw a difference after just using this device for a week. My bladder leaking has decreased from 5 X a day to once, occasionally. I called the on line doctors at the selle'rs website. She was wonderful - very informative. She talked me step by step through the entire procedure. I had nnot been doing everything exactly right without her help. But now I'm doing fine. I am thrilled and hope by continuing to use this device that I do better and better.

This works!
The attain is the newest model of InControl device that stops bladder leakage. I used the previous model for several years and it worked. This (Attain) Is even easier to use and more effective.Take your time getting it set in place properly. Don't over-inflate. Be sure to use enough gel and lie down with your knees bent and pointing up towards the ceiling. Keep making adjustments till you get to where it's doing a nice strong contraction of the pelvic floor muscle. Once you've achieved full contraction, let the device run. You may need to hold it in place, so it doesn't slide out.It may take months to get your pelvic floor muscles restrengthened. Give it time. It does work.I was scheduled to get surgery when I found this device. NO surgery, diapers, pads etc. I'm better. Worth the money and the 10 minutes 3 times a week.
