Hallertau Blanc is the daughter of Cascade and displays a wide variety of tropical fruit, stone fruit and citrus flavors. Floral and fruity with passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, grape and lemongrass overtones. Alpha Acid 9% - 12%
