Defective. Poor customer service. Tried to make me pay to return.
Remote has poor design. Joystick /speed control sticking after weeks use. Ended up on curb while board kept going. At this point I offered to return the unit. I was not given return information after several requests. Received new remote after a good wait. Then.....same day-ish....board battery defective. Won't hold charge. Attempted to reach product support several times without response. When they did respond (after negative feedback) they wanted me to pay shipping AND $30 to FIX something broken from the start. This is definitely a 'get what you pay for' board.Wishing zero stars was an option.

FIRST ONE I ORDERED DIDN'T WORK, BUT MAXFIND STEPPED IN AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU GUYS!
The first time I ordered this the battery it runs off of wouldn’t charge, making it essentially a worthless hunk of plastic and metal. Even worse, Amazon Returns denied me a return, simply replying with a form letter saying I was “ineligible to return” without any clarification. However, Maxfind approved the return themselves, and after returning it to them I tried ordering again and purchased another. It arrived this week, and thankfully it works perfectly; the battery charges without issue. THANK YOU MAXFIND! My only complaint, and its a minor one, is that the battery charging requirements are a perplexingly stringent. You must, MUST, plug the charger into the wall first, wait for the green light, THEN plug it into the board. Apparently plugging in the board first can cause problems. That’s disappointing. In this day in age you'd think you can charge it in whatever order you want and not have any problems. Oh well. Lesson learned: ALWAYS READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST, EVEN IF YOURE AN EXPERIENCED USER OF A PRODUCT

ordered this board for my son for Christmas. Arrived in good condition. Unfortunately the battery died only after 1 use. Sent them an email and after a few text exchanges, Beryl Huang sent me a new board in perfect working condition. trustworthy and would not hesitate to buy again.

Battery problems
After 1 month it seems the battery will not hold a charge. I've been trying to get a hold of maxfind with no luck. Only time I can get the motor to work is if its plugged into the wall

Poor Quality and follow up!!!
My 12 year old spent his savings on this (bought in May 2018) shortly after this we contacted Maxfind regarding a part failure (washer in motor disintegrated after week of use). Their reply came very quickly and we had to pay extra to have a part shipped to us in South Africa via USA, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS PART!!!!!!!!!!Since this review, we have received the part and the board is now working better than when first purchased.
