I had the same issue others talked about with the latch not closing properly. To fix it I unscrewed the latch on the door and added a small washer about 1/8” width. This made it work perfectly. Install was easy just make sure the sides are coming down on the seal tape you put down as they force them to the sides easily. It’s made out of similar plastic to the interior so the build quality is meh but its light weight and works. Surprised they can charge so much for it.

Product came broken. It has 2 hinges. One was missing the hinge pin and the other had the pin half installed. On top of that the plastic is pretty flimsy. On a positive side it was less than 1/2 price of the OEM version . But then again it did nto work.Returning it.

Dont buy this, read a review and figured maybe it was a one time thing. Nope the lid wont shut cheap plastic it just flips down without pushing the unlock. The plastic inserts for screws are stressed and about to break.Spend your money somewhere else.

Haven't taken it on the trail yet, but the installation was easy. The included instructions were pretty good and I also looked up a Youtube on it. It fits well in my 2019 Mav X3, but can't speak to how it holds up (or holds my iPad) on the trail yet (so I couldn't give it 5 stars). Overall, I like the product Chupacabra makes (I have their mirrors too).

Looked and fit as described yet the door release button would not latch to hold the door up. The spring mechanism was broken so door would fall with any mild bump. Id rather spend money on the OEM device holder and know it works right.
