Great compact whisk for small jobs. Deceptively powerful, so if liquid is near the top of it’s container, it will slop over on the faster speeds. If possible it’s best to mix half amount then top up after whisking or you could for instance mix in a jug etc and decant. Because of having to progress through three speeds to the switch off position, it can prove quite tricky to remove the whisk from liquid without splashing. The best method I have found is to simply lift it out VERY QUICKLY at whatever speed it is working at. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, but as the two whisk attachments could get damaged in a kitchen drawer for example, the product would benefit from having some means to hang it up.

The problem it has is there are three speed settings slow medium fast, which is too powerful!But in order to stop it you have to go all three stages which invariably causes a tidal wave in your cup, really frustrating and makes a terrible mess!

Great item to replace battered Ikea version. Recharges fast. Has three speed options - the third being almost too fast causing the liquid to splash and spill everywhere. Slightly annoying you have to cycle through all three speeds to reach OFF.TOP TIP: As a work around if you quickly pinch the metal rod with your fingers when in use it will stop the which from spinning, allowing you to cycle through to OFF without having to allow everything to spray everywhere. Arrived quickly and out to good use daily. Very impressed.

I have bought mains-powered electric heated milk frothers in the past that cost 4 or 5 times as much as this and haven't done anywhere near as good a job! This is, hands down, the BEST milk frother I have ever used! It froths up enough milk for my coffee in about 10 seconds, and it is perfect - exactly the right consistency. Plus, it's rechargeable USB powered. I couldn't be happier. AND, it beats eggs, too - I have never had such fluffy aerated omelets before now. If you want perfect frothed milk and eggs, getting this device should be a no-brainer.

The designer of this milk frother had never considered someone frothing 120ml of milk in a 350ml milk jug. The fact that you have 3 settings that you have to go through before it switches off means that after you've frothed your milk you end up sending it all over the kitchen because you have to go through 2 additional power settings that fling the hot milk out of your jug.This would be a great milk frother if it had a simple off button.

This is a pretty good frother/mixer. The two heads work well, and it's pretty easy to use and charge. The only bad mark as noted by other reviewers is that there is no way to go from low to off. So if you're trying to mix something in a small container, you have to go from low, to medium, then high and lastly off. Which often means whatever you're mixing goes everywhere.

We only used it for 3 months and it broke down. no longer charges ... who should we contact during the warranty period. What kind of procedure will be applied, there is no information.

Strong spin unfortunately it means I have to make up drinks in a jug and transfer as in my cup it made a mess but mixes really well. Great value for money
