I guess there's nothing really wrong with this product. And I should have tried to get a better sense of how big 10 oz. is. When this cup showed up it its ornate box I felt good about giving it as a gift...until it was opened and I realized how laughably small it was. This is not a coffee mug. The glazing is beautiful, and the shape was exactly what I was looking for, if it had only been about twice it's current size.

This mug is pretty but it appears to be more mass produced by machine than “hand made.
