So, it's exactly as shown however its not waterproof, did a splash test cause the wood didn't feel non porous in the least bit sure enough not a bead to be seen. Not a huge deal, waterproofing is cheap and easy enough. I had to drill tap holes because drilling screws without a hole in that thin of wood is begging for splits. Directions could use work, but got the point across. Honestly I got this to find measurements and ideas to make my own, so I'm satisfied.

Really like almost everything about this cat house. One small detail I do not like - the bottom part of the cat house has only one exit and really needs two. The top part has two exits, but not the lower part. Bought for a feral cat hunting mice around our goat shed and he will not go into the lower part - only the upper part. Cannot speak to warmth as it is in the 90 degree summertime right now. All in all, not too disappointed and still think it was worth the money.

This product is made with cheap materials and doesn't withstand the weather, poor design as well doesn't give the outside cats a safe escape route from predators. Do not purchase this for outside cats.

Second picture shows broken part--one of the windows, required gluing.The house is a bit small, cat cannot access second floor from first floor, and there is only one hole on first floor (cats like an escape route and we plan to add a heating pad). We were aware of all this before purchase, and plan to hope cut hole for electric cord and in second floor to allow access.

Overall is sturdy…..side mounted shelves or steps are too flimsy. Our dog tried to get the cat’s food that was on the roof and cracked them with his paw.

This is a great product but for one cat. My large cat fits but with no extra room. If you have two cats get two. I t works great to protect the food from weather and for hiding from predators.

The product is great but our cats are not using it, the entry doors are too small for a regular cat. The house itself is good sized and good looking wish it had bigger entrances for the kittie cats

Exactly what I was looking for to offer protection for my 2 previously feral, but not tame cats. We had 1 piece that was broken in the package, but after contacting the seller, they sent replacement parts out, no issues. You can see in the picture that I haven’t gotten around to actually putting the second platform on. The cats have ventured into the top portion, but not the under portion. I think the swinging door has put them off. Once the weather turns frosty that may change. Overall, a good purchase and the company was great in response to issues.
