I wasn't sure what to expect, since I've had bad experiences with pull outs before, but I was pleasantly surprised with the Lynk pull out. It's very sturdy and very solid. Easy to install and use. Everything fits tightly together, the pulls are quiet and exactly the right draw, and the whole unit is very functional. I measured wrong when I purchased this and only realized during the installation that I was a half inch off because I didn't take into account the width of the frame from the cabinet wall and my garbage disposal was in the way of the top shelf. I like this unit so much that I installed the bottom as a true pull out and fixed the top shelf to the wall of the cabinet rather than the bottom pull out. Still looks great even though only the bottom pulls out. If I someday get a slightly thinner disposal I'll reattach the top rack to the bottom and have both pull out. The Bottom Tray can be mounted in any 2 ways with the upper tray biased to Left or Right. **Q: How wide is the top shelf?** A: The top shelf is 4.5" wide. It has a clear plastic liner too. **Q: What is the width of upper tier? The garbage disposal leaves only an 8" full clearance between cabinet wall and disposal.** A: This has to be mounted so basket can slide out with the cupboard door open. On the outside of the rollout there is an upright chrome tube that extends vertically (it supports the upper basket). From that tube on the wall side of the basket, the distance to the wall is 1 and 3/4 inches. From the sink side of the basket to the cabinet wall, it is 7 and 1/8 inches. It took me two times to get the mount right. It is a well made roll out. I'm very impressed with this pull out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice design and very good quality *by T***N on April 16, 2024* I put one inside a cabinet and found it very easy to install, the only caution needed was to do a test install fully assembled to double-check height clearance, and to make sure that the slide cleared the hinges of the cabinet door. I then disassembled and using the supplied template to make sure things were square and marked the location for the screw which hold the unit to the floor of the cabinet. After drilling those holes, it rest of the installation took about 15 minutes. Easy work. I am very pleased with the quality of the unit. Well-made, well chromed, and very strong.
