Genuine Fake Product
This product is obviously fake and faulty. I obviously wrote back and claimed a refund by getting Amazon involved.I don't understand the business model of the person who ships this from China. Does he expect the customers to just ignore that and get on with their lives?

Purchased as a replacement for my B110a to see if it would get it working again. Fitted and printer is good as new.

Don't throw away your old one yet!
It arrived with no instructions. There are 4 rubber seals, and its not clear which way up they go. Mine were loose in the package instead of fitted. I checked the old head for reference, and it works ok. I can't comment on its length of life, but all's well at the moment!
