I have seen a lot of inaccurate reviews for this product, so I wanted to clear some misconceptions up. I purchased the blue skate too from this seller, and I was concerned about its quality, due to some of the reviews. I immediately put it to the test when the product was delivered. I have used all functioning pieces to this tool without any signs of breaking. The bearing puller is about 1/4" diameter stainless steel, so I do not know how someone could break or bend this with their hands and a longboard. Each driver is embedded in its plastic mount and has no signs of breaking anytime soon. I have had this product for about two months now, and I find it to be well worth its price. If you have any concerns, Everland was very prompt at answering my questions and was willing to accept returns according to the Amazon policy and is willing to refund as long as the product has not been misused. I use this tool about 2-4 times every month, tightening my board down after completely dismantling it to be wiped down and bearings/trucks cleaned. I have a Quest Racer 41" longboard with drop through trucks, and I have not had any issues with the tool. Do not be concerned with the quality of this tool, it will not break unless you use it for something other than a longboard/skateboard. It is not meant for tightening down or loosening nuts and bolts that have had a torque wrench or an impact wrench when tightened. The bearing puller is meant for small bearings such as in skate equipment or bicycles. Please keep this in mind when purchasing, if you want something of higher quality, I suggest finding a solid stainless tool that will cost around $20 if you wish to use this tool for anything more than your skate needs.

as soon as it came in i was able to take care of everything i needed to, it wasn't clear to me whether the L-shaped screwdriver bit was supposed to fit backwards into its storage hole or not (because it doesn't really fit into the hole fixed, it just stays loose and i have to grip it to keep it held in place
