Beautiful snails!!! Both came in a small, double plastic bag. They didn't seem to feel too well in there and were pretty shriveled (honestly thought they were dead...), but I washed them off, and acclimated them in a small bowl of fresh clean water with a small pellet of Hikari bottom feeder food. They perked up really fast, and ate the pellet in no time. 🙂

I'm super happy with my purchase. I just purchased them the day before yesterday and they are here. You can see by the picture that they went for air right away but are happily browsing around the quarantine tank now (Sorry about the glare). They do have some algae build up on the yellow ones but nothing my plecko won't clean up. Im so happy, they're so cute!I'll be watching them while on Self Quarantine :)

I am very happy with both of my new snails. They immediately perked up despite a delay from the USPS getting them to me. The seller is great and got back to me really quickly when I had a question.

Mine came in two days later and We’re dead I think they needed water the bag was dry and so was the box but thing happened would buy again

One snail is doing great. One did not make it.

Both snails died in transport because the container they were sent in was too small and filled up with their waste, cutting off all oxygen.

They came today and I'm pleased that they even provided a heated package to keep them alive through transit. Thank you.
