Tried for 3 weeks to give fair chance. Battery runs out at 3 days max even on longest GPS refresh setting (1hr). Cat did not enjoy the constant harassing of removing and putting the device back at all.Accuracy is about 60m off or shows in the opposite direction. I guessed where my cat was as much as I did before this. Live in a semi-built up area near a country house with expanding lands for roaming.Size wise it is big for a small pet but not excessive, didn't seem to bother cat.Collar included is not suitable - no way of getting the device on the collar.Sim card included is in $ so had to purchase UK sim. Returning.

Downloaded the app and followed the setup instructions that were enclosed (the print was ridiculously small - size 4 or 6 font at a push) The enclosed SIM card subscription was only available in $ which you had to pay for upfront before set up, but the app didn't allow that facility, so wouldn't complete setup.The app was indicating the device was 'offline' but no where did it say how to fix the problem or how to re-set it. I found the app had no 'trouble shooting' or 'help' page. It didn't even have any 'contact us' information listed.I found the company website through a Google search, which was no better, but it did have an email link under contact details. I am still waiting to receive a reply!So, bottom line is... this device doesn't work and I can not get it to work. The information available isn't good, or clear enough to cover all eventualities in order to use it for its intended purpose. Not worth the money paid so I will be sending it back.

The device works well outdoors, and with a good level of accuracy.It comes bundled with a pre-paid USA SIM, which is useless in the UK - so you're going to need to purchase a SIM card to make it work.The battery life is dreadful. We've had it three weeks now, and I can't get more than 18 hours out of a full charge. As our cat wanders off for a few days sometimes, the battery has always gone flat by the time we're trying to work out where he is.
