Brother TN-450 cartridge re-fill works
The process is a little messy getting the new toner into the cartridge. I did it in the kitchen sink for easier clean up. The written instructions about setting the gears were not helpful, but there were several videos on the internet that showed this process better.It does seem to be working and no streaks on the first page printed after the re-fillMuch cheaper than a new cartridge.

Good toner but found a company that sells cartridges cheap enough
The toner works fine. I have watched many videos and it is still a messy operation for me (and it could just be me). But, I found a place that has cartridges for about $15 each, bundle of 5, TN-450. Well, $5 per bottle, the time, the mess, I just buy them now bcs it is more cost effective. I use suppliesoutlet.com and I have found them to be a good supplier. You can save a few more $'s with this toner refill, which was good (the toner itself I give 4 stars).

I have used this in the past when I upgraded the Brother starter cartridge so that it could print as a new cartridge. The only tricky part here was I had to reset the gear I had installed the first time I used these refills. There are some good videos on Youtube which show how to do a reset step by step. Worth doing versus spending $75 on a new cartridge.

It's kinda fun.
The online tutorial videos are more than sufficient. The print quality is indistinguishable (to me) from OEM. The refill process took me 30 minutes for 3 toner cartridges, but it was my first time. This kit will save you hundreds. Make a mess, save some cash.

Saves lots of money on toner!!
I have had good luck with these toner refills! It is not hard to do and saves tons of money over buying manufacturer cartridges. My only suggestion is to make the instructions a little easier to understand with better pictures. Definitely worth the money! Would buy again!

The toner works for me, add a little tape
Everything was great except the seal for the spout which screws on the bottle leaks, made an unexpected mess, I suppose you can add some tape to seal the bottle to the spout, it leak where the flat of the spout seals against the top of the bottle. other than that perfect. Printer works I'm happy
