False information, useless tamper
I bought this to replace my original vitamin tamper, which I had shredded in the bottom from incorrect use.However, as the “disc” part of this tamper is lower than on the original, it does not reach as far into my blender as the original.On top of that, the item does not look like the one portrayed here. It is not grey, but black, and it is thicker at the top, so it cannot even go all the way through the vitamix cover.So, unlike stated, it does not fit vitamix containers.As a result, this product is entirely useless for me, and I will look into returning it.
