Makes the bait wiggle
The product does what it's designed to do: makes your bait wiggle by speeding up and slowing down the retrieve. You can do the same thing by "bouncing" the tip of your rod while you retrieve. Line Dancer just does it automatically.Whether or not this attracts more fish to your bait is in the eyes of the beholder. In my case I haven't noticed any difference. The "line loop" area is very smooth so I'm not worried about it abrading the line.I bought the 3-piece set with small, medium and large sizes. The small fits on my medium light and medium rods but is too large for an ultralight. The medium and large sizes are way too large for any other rod I have.If I had it to do over again I'd pay a few bucks for the small size just to have it; but I wouldn't spend $14 for all three sizes.

Line Dancer
Have yet to test this product as it is summer here in the desert. With temperatures in the low 90s in the morning and 100 degrees plus in the afternoon, it is a little uncomfortable to be out fishing. Also this does not lend itself to very good conditions for catching fish. Hoping to be able to go up north next month where it will be considerably cooler at the higher elevations and will do another review.

Awesome
This was a great product, I would order the small and medium for freshwater rods, but it definitely gave the action that drove the fish crazy, especially in cold water where they like a slow receive. I caught several fish on my first use. Note: this is a spot that I fish all the time and catch fish regardless of the line dance, but it just seem to incite more strikes.

Large is too large
The small and medium worked quite well. The large is too large. Even the medium needed to be closed with pliars to fit mt biggest fresh water rod.LM

Easy to install and use but I didn't put my head under the water to see if it's works.

Looks good, have not had a chance to try them out on the water. But it does make the rod end twitch as promised.
