We strung it a few feet in front of our back door to prevent our pet cockatiel from following us out the door, and as a reminder to us to not walk outside with him on our shoulder. It’s unconventional, but it actually looks ok and does the job.

The media could not be loaded.  We celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday and I bought some door fringe in a teal color from Target. After the party we hung it on her door. Then I saw these on Amazon. I purchased two panels. I hung one silver on the door along with the teal fringe from Target. I did the same on her window. It really adds a cute boho vibe to her room.

I have need to keep a room open during the summer to allow airflow, but wanted to keep the room private. The curtains will work. The length and colors are true and look better in person. I do not mind the the slight unevenness of the bottom as the description did point out there would be variances. I sew and make things so I know how such is possible. By leaving the curtains untrimmed, it gives us the ability to decide to keep them as they are or to customize them with a short or long trim.They do have a foul odor that hits your nose the moment they are unsealed. It smells like machine oil or something out of a manufacturing facility. There is a slight greasy feel to the material so it is possible oil or grease of some sort is used to help package the product without tangling the strands with are thin and long. I only had to wash my hands one time to get rid of the greasy feel and smell. I will wait to see how long it takes for the odor to dissipate .Regardless of the odor, I may be buying one or two more sets to be sure I have the screening I want between rooms.One last thing: I would have a window or several windows open while installing these or to wash them in a lingerie bag before installing them.I like things to be made in the USA. These are Made in China.

The material is good quality for the price and I had no issue with tangles - you’ll only need to comb your fingers through the bottom a little once hung. For a door frame that is 24 inches, you’ll need two packs (each pack has two curtains) for full opaqueness. Nonetheless, there is a strong odor of mildew like an old dish rag even after airing out and spraying with a scent bomb. I’m considering hand washing them although unsure of how this will affect the current quality...UPDATE: If your curtains have an odd smell that lingers after unpacking, spraying your favorite air freshener, like Febreze, will rid of any odor almost immediately. I tried this alternative before deciding to either send them back or risk hand washing or throwing them into the washing machine. Buying two packs gave me my desired fullness and the curtains have a pleasant shimmer.

The media could not be loaded.  I originally ordered these (in black) for my business. Now I use them in my new apartment. I ordered the red (claret) to go along with my color scheme. They are very thinned out so if you plan to use them as a view blocker, order more packs for thickness. In my pics, I have 4 red panels & 10 black panels. I want more blockage so I am about to order more panels lol As with any other product, please make sure you use these panels where active children & pets will not be able to get caught in the strings. If the support that you have the panels hanging from is strong & can bear the weight of a child or pet, these panels will pose as a choking/strangulation hazard. As an adult, I just went through the panels with something in my hands. To keep what I was carrying from getting snagged on the strings, I spun around & the strings wrapped around my neck & jerked me back as I unknowingly tried to continue forward. A child or pet may panic at such a moment & the situation could become deadly. I do not have small children in my home but I do have rambunctious Grands that quickly learned that my panels are not to be played with. So, all-in-all, these panels are beautiful & add an exceptional look to any doorway or wherever you may choose to use them. Also, be aware that the lengths may vary from panel to panel & color to color. Njoi!!!

They are ok for the price, except they smell like the back of a Chinese restaurant. If you can get over that it's all good. Now if only I could get my cats to stop playing with them....

LOVE. This is exactly what I had in mind when I placed the order. I listened to other reviews when they mentioned getting more to achieve a thicker look. A window is on the other side, so I wanted them to be translucent. I put this up solo with a tension rod which was a little tricky, but following the easy steps and getting a ladder had it up in less than 5 minutes. The strings are not tangled due to the great way they were packaged. They are delicate, so once hung simply run your fingers through in sections starting at a high point and work your way to the bottom. Be gentle like you're detangling a pony tail. The width for my space is 120.5". I ordered 6 panels of the 110"x110" to achieve this look.

Bought 2 packs of the 2 pack in black (so 4 panels total) thought it would look nice on my shelving unit in my home office; which is in the the living room.... so i thought these would be great, I would get to cover up the shelving unit while also adding a unique or appealing piece to my living room/home office area. Im going to be super honest, they aren’t bad and they are actually pretty but I had to use all 4 panels just to get this result only covering the front portion of the unit which is 36 inches wide! So $29 just to cover the front side of my unit and still would require to purchase more for the sides I think is overpriced. I wish each panel had more string providing more coverage so i wouldn’t virtually have to pay the same amount i paid for this heavy duty shelving unit just on curtains! Whatever you may think is enough trust me u’ll probably end up having to purchase more if your trying to achieve a medium-full coverage type of look. I gave it 4 stars because i do find them pretty, if i didn't I probably would have went lower because of the value and pricing.

Very nice product, good quality, does exact job I was expecting. Looks really beautiful. Delivery was really fast.I would definitely recommend this product.

The string window panel was far to glittery. The color said champagne but they are very gold. Not suitable.
