Back Booster 1001 Inflatable Lumbar Support Cushion

I found this cushion really useful, having used it on a plane, in a hire car and on uncomfortable seats to support my tender back after a fractured vertebra. It gives just the right level of support,deflates and packs up small to enable use in hand-luggage on flights, inflates easily and the strap keeps it beautifully in place. Unfortunately it developed a leak after a couple of months, but the company were great and replaced it immediately. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with lower back pain.

Bought this for a 10 hour plane journey and was really pleased with it. Inflates and deflates easily, seems to be constructed well. Small enough to roll up and put a medium sized handbag. Comes with a strap to attach to a chair if you want a permanent support, but the strap detaches so you can store it separately if necessary. I've since used it in the car, restaurants and at the theatre!A year later and it has developed a leak, very disappointing and I shall have to throw it away.POSTSCRIPTI bought another one of these soon after leaving my review, and it's still going in August 2013, so I'm pleasantly surprised!

This cushion seemed to be just the ticket to ease back pain while sitting at my desk at home. However, less than 6 months after purchase it either developed a puncture that I can't see or the nozzle is no longer as airtight as it should be - it's difficult to tell which part of the cushion is at fault. Each time I blew the cushion up it deflated again within a few minutes. The cushion didn't leave my home, hadn't been near any sharp objects and didn't go near any aeroplanes - it was only used in the mildest of domestic settings. Disappointing.

Excellent service. Cushion is easy to inflate, is lightweight and ideal for travelling, also gives good support.

I bought this product after a long and painful coach trip in the hope that my next one would be more comfortable - and it was! The backbooster cushion provides just as much support as you need and is infinitely adjustable by means of adding or removing air.I was a little unlucky in that my first cushion had a tendency to deflate but the company replaced that one promptly and efficiently and the replacement is perfect. All in all a good product from a good company.Update - The replacement was every bit as effective as the original but, unfortunately, didn't last much longer. It's as if this stock is "perished" or something because it begins to leak badly after a while (about a week for the first and a month for the second). Great shame because when they are working these are REALLY comfortable

This inflatable back booster works great. It fits in the right places and can be stiff or soft, according to preference. It is THE travel item for people with a bad back. It can be deflated to fit into a backpack and inflated for airplane or bus trips. The only problem is it that it develops air leaks over time. I use the same glue with which I patch my fishing waders and it works fine, but the repeated gluing is annoying.

We always find airplane seats have very little lumbar support so decided to do something about it for our 10 flight to USA. These worked a treat. They can be inflated or deflated as much or as little as needed and rolled up nice and small when not in use. I definite plus when it comes to comfort.

Bought two of these lumbar supports.They are great for the car and are light weight and can be deflated so can be packed in a case without taking much room.Very pleased with this item.
