I never have been much for writing reviews, but this camera/ monitor just continually frustrates me. My first complaint is that when lighting is at a point, which just happens to be where my apartment lights seem to usually be, the night camera and day camera ho into an all out war against each other that results in the camera making very audible clicking and popping sounds that I actually thought it was going to explode or something. But my BIGGEST complaint is that the handful of times that I actually depended on it, it failed . Terribly.. ( several people coming and going with camera set on motion following . Works fine for a minute then it stares at the wall leaving me with Semi intelligible audio and trying to guess who the people are.) it seems to get very confused and definitely has ADD, because it spends a lot of time facing the wall instead of Keeping watch on whatever I point it at.. other than that, it’s great. I guess realistically you get what you pay for. If intended for baby monitoring, ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you are reliant on using it for security.. uh uh! BUT, as a toy that sometimes works as a camera for pretty cheap... this is it.

This camera was perfect for my intention. I recently had a kitty who passed away and was worried something would happen while we were on vacation. This was easy to set up and I checked in and listened to them any time I wanted. I even spoke to them. Best idea and so easy to set up and use. I highly recommend this

This is a pretty decent camera for the price. I like how it came with very clear, easy to follow, step by step instructions. The picture is pretty clear as well. It also notifies you of movement and keeps a clip of it without an sd card and cloud services. The camera spins completely around on its axis as well as within the shell itself. You can also control the movement as well. A few things I didn't like is that it prompts you to buy their cloud storage services which are pretty costly might I add. And another things I don't like is how it sits upright one way but the video is the opposite. I think it should record both ways since it sits upright the one way. And another thing I don't like is it has to have wifi to work so if you have no internet it doesn't work. It should work with and without it because never know when the internet will go out and then you're security is down. Other than those things I really like the camera. We've had fun playing around with it. You can talk back and forth on it, hear yourself talk and it keeps small clips of movement captured. It has a lot of options and you can move the camera any which way your like. The cord is also very long it comes with but it isn't quite long enough but I used an extension cord and all was well.

DO NOT ORDER!!! This camera sucks. It’s upside down, doesn’t stay connected to the internet, freezes while watching it on phone, speaker isn’t loud at all can hardly hear it, and the speaker for the speaking sounds like a robot!! This is my second one first one was the same. I’ll never buy from this company again!!

This camera is awesome! I don’t normally leave reviews but after setting this up as a baby monitor for our newborn, I was so excited about how great it was working, I wanted to tell every person I know whose expecting a baby. Don’t waste your money on an expensive baby monitor. This camera is just as good, if not better. I’ve owned a Motorola and Infant Optics baby camera and I wish they had this camera when my other daughter was a baby!! Not only is the picture amazing (night/day), it has a motion and crying sensor. You can adjust the sensitivity too so your not getting alerts for every little movement. And your not tied to an outlet if the monitor needs to be plugged in. I used my iPhone all night as the monitor and it didn’t drain the battery. I also like that I can see my baby sleeping if I’m not home. Set up was easy too as long as you follow the directions.

I bought this to use as a baby monitor. The sound quality is awful, I have my phone volume on max and have to hold the speaker directly to my ear to hear anything. We have the cry alert turned on and it never alerted to the baby crying. The feature to turn the camera angle cause to camera feed to skip and delay momentarily.I do like that I can view the camera feed on my phone. I think the picture quality, even at night, is really good. It was easy to set up.But overall I will be returning because of the sound quality.

Very irritated! When my baby monitor quit I needed this asap! It was not clear on the website that it WILL NOT WORK with 5G internet! Ended up buying a baby monitor that does not work at my home at all leaving me without a way to monitor my child's safety. Very angry that this was not cleared 😡

I am only giving a single star not as a reflection on the equipment but because received a USED unit . The packaging came torn and taped back together. I opened the box to find the camera scratched. I have two of these cameras from previous purchases and have been satisfied with their performance. I believe this camera would perform similarly but will be sending it back because it appears to be a USED product.
