Maps Charts and Graphs States and Regions Level D

These little books are great to compliment geography programs or teaching geography through literature. I would not use for sole source of geography. They provide a great talking points. They cover enough information to fill any "gaps" that might exist in geography studies. This year, we are studying "Welcome to the Wide World of Geography: Physical World Geography." (Highly recommend. Well written, easy to use and interesting. A great pre-view for physical science.) However, the charts books are good to take along in the car, have self-check in the back, and are easy workbook work. They come in handy to introduce reading various maps and graphs.

I use this with my 4th grader and love that its easy for her to do on her own, she enjoys it, the answers are in back so if I'm rushed, I can do a quick correction instead of go over together. I use Level B with my second grader. We will definitely continue with the series as we complete these books!

Grandchildren enjoy the activities. Great way to learn !

Great workbook for supplemental geography, Lessons are short and to the point, very easy for children to understand, my fourth grader loves it. :)

These books are wonderful for teaching social studies.

This is a great book to work on general map work.

Great teaching aid.

The content is good. But the cover is so dirty, I cannot believe it is "very good". I was so disappointed when I got it.
