For the first use, use a small sample of wax and test on a small section of your skin. If after 24 hours, there are no adverse reactions to the wax process, then proceed with regular full use. If you suffer from adverse skin reaction, apply lotion or skin oil to the affected area and seek further medical attention.

Worth the money, one small downside
So simple. Comes with everything you need and lots of wax. Very easy to use and small enough to store anywhere. When peeling off the wax I find it doesn’t hurt as much as some wax does. The downside of that is it doesn’t remove all of the hair. I’d say it removes 80% of it. I mostly use it for my face, it does the job for the most part. The wax is gentle enough to where I can go over the same spot multiple times and not have to worry about hiring or sever irritation. Just wish the wax got all the hair. I do wonder if I tried a different wax brand if that would help?

Well it is what it supposed to do
This absolutely works this was Extremely painful compare to wax a Strip I wanted to just take it off but I had no choice once I put the wax on there was no coming off even is soaking in hot water

Works great!
I just got my kit and so far I love it! I waxed my eyebrows and upper lip, and there were some times where I had to go over the spots twice but it still picked up on most of the area. The only downside is that I only got 10 large wooden spatulas and no smaller spatulas for areas like eyebrows. I thought it would come with 10 large and 10 small spatulas. But never mind that because this kit overall works well and is easy to use. Now I no longer have to spend $25 for an eyebrow and lip wax at a salon! This was worth the money for sure

wax dries before you can put it on hair on medium heat so i tried it on high and the wax stays melted but does not remove hair

this product did not work. i ordered it and when it arrived i opened the wax while the wax pot was hearing. i realized after an hour of the wax pot hearing (on high) and the red light was on... that it wasn’t heating. i tried every possible thing i could do to fix it and it just won’t heat. do not support this cheap company’s

I underestimated the pain factor in this , please remember that waxing hurts. The product itself is very good. With a variety of wax beans.
