A: We don't use it as a replacement for canned chilis, but as you would the red chili powder. Usually in dry mixes such as fiesta ranch mix or home made chili powder.

A: You know it would be hard to tell because it's just a fine green powder. It was recommended to me. But it's still a bit hot so if you like hot foods, you might love it. The first one I ordered was hot. That one sits in my kitchen and smokes! I can eat hot food.
