The product looked nice but all 16 boxes I ordered were destroyed by the time I got them. The seller shipped the items in the thin cardboard boxes that the flooring comes in and the USPS did their best to completely mangle them. Out of 16 boxes I found one piece without damage on it. The pattern and texture of the flooring was nice and I would have certainly installed and enjoyed it if it wasn't damaged.

Product came in damaged and could not install

Product was great but a lot of damage was done in shipping.

I am beyond upset with this! We bought 14 boxes of this for a present for my mother and it is no good! Loads of the planks are damaged and cannot be used! How can you justify charging almost $80 a box for such poor quality? Now we are out of a lot of money and my mother is still unable to do her floor.

Out of seven boxes purchased I got less than thirty square feet of usable flooring and most of those had some blemish or chip. The edges were ALL broken and one out of every three boards was unacceptably damaged despite the fact that packing boxes showed no signs of trauma. I am very dissatisfied and am very close to pulling up the floor and starting over with a better, or at least adequate, product. I did not like even giving this one star.

I ordered 12 Boxes and received 6 boxes and every piece of flooring was damaged.
