Awful! Came broken!
I ordered this almost a month ago, just for it to arrive broken because the people shipped it with no bubble wrap around the box! The box itself was thrown inside a thin plastic bag with no padding inside. Inside the box, there was some very thin bubble wrap, but that's not enough to make it safely through customs, all the way from China apparently. Also, the tracking number never worked. So I had no clue when it was coming.Followed the directions with brand new batteries, and it just didn't work. Also, the device itself came scuffed up near the cap, where the cold air comes out. (presumably, customs dropped it a few times)The metal itself from the bottom half seems pretty strong, just wish the top half would work.
