Multi-tool in a pen
I got this for my 13 year old nephew who loves James Bond and was obsessed with all of the little espionage tools that he saw last year at the International Spy Museum in DC. He loved it.The pen is quite heavy, so I don't know how useful it would be for a daily writer, but there are myriad little tools that you can swap out in the end pieces, including a screwdriver, an exacto style blade, a whistle, and a flashlight among others. There is a cord cutter under the clip, so this could be taken fishing. The end of the flashlight I suppose could b used as a gouging weapon, but I hope my nephew does not use it as such.I only played arpund with it for a few minutes and it felt quite sturdy, but my only gripe would be that sometimes the tools did not smoothly thread into place, care had to be taken to get them in straight, but otherwise a very cool multi-tool.

Awkwardly unusable.
The pen has a bunch of extra pieces that you need 3 to use at the same time. For the rest, you need to figure out where or how to carry them. In a case of an emergency this is awful, because If you didn’t predict the emergency and equipped the pen with the necessary pieces/tool then you are out of luck. It kinda defeats the purpose. The whole design of this pen is silly.

Not exactly what it seems
First, you need to choose what internal item you want, you can’t get them all in. Skip the whistle, it doesn’t work well. The flint is what I went with. The pen is sturdy and well made, you just don’t get to actually use all the items in the photo

For a collection, not everyday use.
This pen is very unique. It’s not very convenient to use for everyday writing, one of my biggest complaints is you cannot put the pen cap on the back of the pen when in use. Excellent quality, beautiful finish, overall awesome!

Good stuff
It perfectly fulfills all the described functions, I only think that the change between them is somewhat cumbersome and the Pen is not easily accessible.

Does not have a lot of ink the the ink well. I keep it in my car in case of an accident.
