Installation took approximately 3.5 hours including about 30 minutes searching for tiny screws that were dropped. It is important to take your time, organize the screws as they're removed, and to be very careful, small missteps can potentially damage your phone.--Pros-No lag in replacement screen.-Colors and screen picture quality are comparable to original.-Price vs apple replacement-provided screw drivers acceptable--Cons-Screen is not as hard as original Apple screen, it has been scratched in my pocket with keys. This was not an issue with the original screen.-Brightness is not as bright as the original apple screen, it can be difficult to view in direct sunlight.-Polarization of the screen is not the same as the original screen, cannot wear polarized sunglasses and view the screen.-Touch sensitivity is not great along the left edge or top edge of the touch screen on my replacement screen.-The screen/glass thickness is not as thick as the original component. Subsequently, the home button protrudes from -the phone case about 1 mm.-The provided suction cup was insufficient to remove the original screen. Ended up using a 25 lb harbor freight suction cup to remove the original screen. ### ⭐ Breaks easy *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2020* I was told before not to buy cheap screens on amazon before. Without reading any reviews I jumped for it because it was affordable and I felt confident that the screen would last because it had a screen protector. My screen lasted a good month until my phone fell at work on the linoleum floor. The screen broke once I ordered a new screen I realized the screen protector was still intact and the iPhone screen had broke. I believed that it was I that did not take well care of my phone because I had ordered another set to replace the screen then 2 weeks later my phone fell off my desk at work onto the carpet and my screen had broke again. I will not be ordering this nor do I recommend it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Contents came well organized and protected *by C***3 on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2019* Works like new and looks brand new. In a sturdy box similar to an iPhone package box comes with, the screen in a bubble wrap sleeve, tempered glass protector in a foam sleeve, instructions with pictures and a link to a video and tools required. I gave 4 stars for easy to install instead of 5 because on the old screen I had to removed two pieces that were part of the camera, microphone, earpiece assembly. These two pieces were for the camera and I’m not sure but it was square shaped. The adhesive was poor once I removed them and I think for an extra $2 to include something for that in the contents would be worth it. The video and instructions don’t mention it or even have to remove it. Maybe my new screen was supposed to have it and didn’t. Either way I got the two piecea to move into place with the components and work fine. The wife and I are happy with the product and would purchase it again. I’ve already recommended it to several people.
