This is a beautiful umbrella. I love the quality, and it is easy to assemble. The tilt button made it easy to adjust the umbrella. Moreover, the 30 lb umbrella stand seems to work just fine. I can't wait to try this out on a hot sunny day.I have to say; this is an excellent company with excellent customer service. I had an issue with my first umbrella. I contacted customer service, and they sent out a new one right away, free of charge. It is easy to assemble, and the color is beautiful.

This umbrella has stood the test of high winds several times and come through with no damage. It has been lifted from the base and flown across the yard and not a problem. The ribs are more than sturdy. I would rate it a 10!

Covered photo shows it assembled to stand. Sure enough you have to dig through the description to realize it doesn't. Contacted customer service, they apologized for my confusion about the picture. Misleading picture and poor customer service. Purchase at your own risk. They wont get my repeat business

We have used this umbrella regularly since we purchased in March 2019 (now October 2021) and it is still in great condition. We use the included cover and close it when we aren’t using it because it gets pretty windy at our house. It is a great umbrella. A heavy duty stand is super necessary, it’s a big heavy umbrella and it will tip if you don’t use a big heavy duty base. The tilt mechanism is a nice feature but sometimes it is difficult to “untilt” it- almost like the button gets stuck- just takes some finagling. We did have a random super windy night (like 50 mph gusts) and forgot to close the umbrella. The umbrella lifted up and out of the base and we found it on our patio floor. The mechanism of the umbrella still works perfectly! The cover got damaged but I can’t believe the frame didn’t break. Super pleased with its durability! I wish this company sold replacement canopies though.

Good value for money - sturdy and good color

We purchased their 9’ umbrellas in 2020 and love them. They have faded in the desert sun, but the mechanicals work perfect! So we opted for the 11’foot in this purchase. They did not disappoint, can’t wait till it cools down so we can enjoy them.

Arrived April 11th and broke May 3rd. Loved the size and worked great but disappointed the pole completely broke in half.
