Waterbed Tubes- Free Flow Softside fluid bed replacement tube 74in length

I was concerned about the quality of these tubes when ordering in that these types of water beds are not to prevalent any longer. As it turned out I had nothing to worry about. We purchased 6 of these to replace ones that had been damaged and as spares.They are much thicker than I thought they would be with very solid seams that make me confident they will not separate. We use these in our spare bedroom queen bed where the Grandkids and Great Grandkids sleep. I say that to assure you that, if these tubes can take the punishment these little ones have put them through for the last two years, you can be confident in your purchase!Great product.

Have had my tubed water bed for over 25 years now. I occasionally buy a new tube to protect against the possible loss of a tube. Over the years I have lost only two, the last 6 years ago to the same failure as the first,my cat found the tube while playing. Love this bed! Love the tubed feel! This is the best tube of all, the last one I got was not as heavy as this one. This one is very heavily walled, full length and best thing, it smells like my old baby dolls did when I was a child. That type of plastic lasts forever which is exactly what I need. A long life tube for sleeping like a baby!

My wife and I dug out an old tube water bed that was missing one of the tubes to start with. So having only 7 instead of 8, we resolved to get another tube at some point in the future. Then we sprang a leak. Pure happenstance we noticed since it was a pinhole leak. My attempts at repair did not pan out and we decided to check on amazon, cause everything is on amazon. We ordered this and replaced the broken tube with it. Some day we will get another to give us the 8 the bed was designed for and maybe even their new liner.Oh and keep the caps from any tubes you replace, never know when you would need one.

This tube is pretty flimsy for the price paid. I am rather hesitant about the quality so I check the tube for leaks pretty often.I will opt for a different vendor and keep this as an emergency backup.

The tube appeared to be of good quality and arrived on time. However there is a very strong "plastic" or possibly glue odor coming form it. So strong that I have to leave the bedroom window cracked open. I was hoping it would go away with time, but still strong after two months.

Ordered this in Feb 2017 and it already sprang a leak in the middle, Not Near a seam or closure :-( Thefe is nothing hat poked or pierced it. This was meant to replace the original Beauty Rest tube which leaked after 20 years! The original ones are MUCH thicker and better made.

We love our bed and so thankful that these replacement tubes are available when needed.
