Cast from modified moulds the Armour conforms to the body whilst maintaining an incredible level of original detail. Andrew Ainsworth and his team have used Modern thermoplastics and time-tested techniques to produce a set of armour that flexes and is light enough to wear all day. Our new acrylic capped surface finish is not only our best finish yet But is less likely to scuff and can be easily cleaned/maintained without compromising the appearance of the Armour. The original and the best
When you buy a reproduction built on the original moulds from the film, you know you are screen accurate.Slightly small in places for me, but that's because I'm "a little tall to be a stormtrooper" at 6'3.5" and not exactly slim.Overall, very pleased with the armour.

Have an extra zip put in the jumpsuit so you can have a pee
Ordered this item and was a bit apprehensive about what I was going to receive, but when I opened the box I couldn't believe the quality, it exceeded all expectations.
