Great Value Overall!
This is a great cell camera. Not the best quality pictures but not bad either. I can see squirrels, raccoons, birds, deer, coyotes etc. All with my rear on the couch 2 hours away. Just make sure you buy the camera with the carrier that has best signal for the area the camera will be taking pictures, not the carrier of your cell phone. The two are not linked by carrier. The camera takes pictures, stores to a micro SD (which is required but not included btw), and is then uploaded to a cloud service. You then receive a notification on the Spypoint app which you sign into to view your pic(s). I have had two of these in the field for four weeks now getting several pictures a day and still at 74% battery life.

This Camera is amazing
I like everything about this camera. Just mount it to a tree and it will automatically send you wildlife pics. It sends pictures to the app that you install on your phone 24-7. The app shows you the signal strength and the remaining battery life. I originally set it up with the (8) AA batteries and after about a week it was reading about 73% life left. I decided that it would be nice to never need to replace batteries so I added a solar cell and a small 12 volt battery with a charge controller. Works like a charm.

Tech support is poor also they will not get back in touch with you
By far the worst game camera I’ve ever owned. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They quit working after 3 months. Picture quality was bad and I literally had animal under my feeder and the camera didn’t take pictures. Now one turns on says it’s working but won’t take any pictures and the other ones I bought won’t turn on.

Addicting!
I love these cameras! The setup is fairly easy and you automatically have service once you set up an account through the app. After 30 days you have to sign up for a picture plan but you don't need to sign up for any cellular service plan. The pictures are sent directly to your phone through the app. The picture quality isn't superb but it is fairly clear. I haven't checked the SD card as I am several states away from the cameras but I have heard the pictures on the SD card are clearer. I have 4 of these and haven't had any issues.

Customer service stinks
Ordered one of these at I couldn’t get it to send a signal anywhere. Followed all procedures to trouble shoot. This still did not work. Emailed and contacted customer support. They were less than helpful. Was told that they opened a service ticket and that they would have some one contact me. This did not happen. Call back 5 days later and got told someone would call me back by the end of the day. Waited 4 more days with no reply. Retuned it and received a replacement. Started up and works like it is supposed to. I understand that sometimes there are duds, but the customer service is garbage. Camera is pretty good too

Wo
All an all it's a good camera small never had a problem getting signal in southern Alabama when some other members did with another brand cam battery life is good as long as you just get pictures sent a few times a day an only use the every picture send when you're in the woods hunting. These camera's have helped me take a nice buck an bunches of hogs. Make sure to put the camera about 20 ft from what you are watching doesn't take good farther pictures 50 ft +isn't that good unfortunately that's the one negative an no video

Disappointing
Without paying $99 for a 'membership' you only get 100 pictures. Living in a Wildlife area the camera hit 100 pictures in 3 days. After paying for the camera and the internet it's just a membership sales pitch in order to get more pictures. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Outstanding customer service!
Had an issue with no night vision the first night. Emailed freedom sales, they took the time to walk me through a firmware update as with any electronic device these days. Works perfectly and as it should. Has transmitted over 500 pics so far and the batteries still show 100%. (Ultimate lithium) Bought 2 more since and will definitely be buying more for next season!
