It heats up VERY quickly but it also fills a one liter tank to 3500 psi in about one minute. Air AND water cooling makes filling a scuba tank possible bu be MI full it may need a cooling off period mid process. BE VERY SURE YOU USE THE Filter if you are filling tanks for breathing if you don't you will get the taste of the lubricant in your air. Also note it does not come with the required synthetic lubricant so you will have to buy that before use... Any good sybthetic lube for compressors should work fine... ROYAL PURPLE is my choice. As for loudness it's 75db so it pretty noisy... I use it outdoors.The manual is written by Chinese trying to use English correctly but the illustrations help make it pretty easy to understand.Hopefully this addresses all questions.

Nella sua semplicità e imperfezione è un ottimo compressore. Fa il suo dovere. Un pò rumoroso e vibra parecchio. Poco pratico il sistema di raffreddamento.Il manometro starato di quasi 50 bar.Carico comunque senza problemi bombolette per pistola ad aria compressa a 200bar in circa 1 minuto.

The package was delivered in a very bad shape, and inside the compressor is clearly heavily used! Usage traces and oil everywhere in the package, of course, I will return it but really bad experience!!**Update**: -I got a full refund immediately, it was a warehouse issue, and the communication was good so update the stars.
