The Runalyzer blue Heart Rate Monitor for iOS (Apple) and Android

I am happy with this unit; it does what it is supposed to do and without issues. I can't say the same for the Wahoo BlueHR unit that it replaces though, aside from the cosmetics painted on them, they look to be from the very same factory. However, unlike the BlueHR unit, the Runalyzer worked right out of the box! And two months later is still working with the original battery. As for the BlueHR, it came with a dead battery and then went through almost a dozen of them for the 14 months that it functioned. So, I am happy with the Runalyzer but remain a bit skeptical as it looks like it came from the same factory floor.

I'd been thinking about using a HRM for training for a while, but was confused by the various options and put off by some of the prices. I was a little concerned that this item didn't have many reviews, but it was inexpensive enough that I decided to take a chance.I've been extremely happy with it. I've worn it on all my training runs since it arrived. I was worried about chafing, but instead have found that once it's fastened around the ribcage, right under the running bra, I forget it's there. It works seamlessly with my favorite running app (iSmoothRun).I couldn't be happier, and definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a Bluetooth HRM.

I use ismoothrun and iPhone 5, and it connected instantly to the app by using directions found on runalyzer.com specific to my preferred app. I was a little leery because when I ordered there were zero reviews. But it works great and the price is right.Update September 8, 2013: I began to notice that my running app was telling me I was having the same heart rate with no variation for several miles despite obvious chnages in my effort level, and I would look and my heart rate was not being received. Last week the strap quit working altogether. Waste of money... It didn't even last 2 months.

I started couch to marathon and used this Bluetooth monitor to monitor my heart rate through training up to my half marathon stages. I used it with the joglog iphone app. It synced easily and gave accurate data without skipping or losing signal. The strap was comfortable and not restrictive. I liked it so much I am trying to find a Bluetooth GPS watch (iphone 5 battery life not long enough for long runs) so that I don't have to get another HR monitor.

I have been using this for awhile now and it works great. I have noticed a few occasions were I'll bounce between 'below-zone' and 'above zone' if I set a target HR zone for my workout. Not sure if it's the app or the BT connection dropping out.

Belle ceinture très confortable à porter.La fixation par pression sur le capteur est très pratique.La qualité apparente est au dessus de la moyenne.Association un peu longue pour la première fois avec mon téléphone HTC one mini sous Androïd 4.3.Avec l'appli RUNTASTIC, il m'a fallu plusieurs tentatives, mais désormais le couplage est très rapide.J'ai upgradé Androïd à la version 4.4.2, toujours sans problème.La mesure me parait fiable.Le seul soucis à ce jour après 10-15 sorties, c'est que l'anti dérapant sous l'une des électrodes s'est décollé. Un petit bémol donc.

Abgesehen von leichten Aussetzer die aber vielleicht auch der anfangs noch nicht ganz optimalen Einstellung geschuldet waren, macht der Runalyzer genau das was er soll.

El producto está bien y es compatible con la aplicación Salud del IPhone y con runkeeper, la aplicación que uso para correr.La cobertura de bluetooth es bastante buena, a pesar de llevar el teléfono en la riñonera.La gran pega es la propia aplicación de la marca. Está desactualizada y no funciona casi nada. Por ejemplo, no se pueden poner alertas para que te avise cuando cambias de zona de pulsaciones ni a partir de un número que uno le indique, con lo cual solamente sirve para monitorizar a través de aplicaciones de terceros una vez acbado el ejercicio.

Je l'utilise avec mon HTC One (m7) et je ne rencontre aucun soucis, la ceinture est tout de suite reconnue.Pour la comptabilité avec les applications, cela fonctionne avec Runtastic pro, Runware Heart Rate Monitor, BLE Heart Rate Monitor et certainement d'autres. Par contre cette ceinture ne fonctionne pas (encore?) avec Runkeeper (tout cela sous Android).
